Built in 1877 by King Edward VII for his mistress Lillie Langtry, this listed Edwardian manor is recognized as the best hotel in Bournemouth by the Guardian newspaper. The hotel preserves original Victorian charm, with a museum displaying Lillie Langtry's dress, photographs, and period artifacts on the first floor. A grand dining room featuring a minstrel gallery and original stained glass windows highlights the royal heritage of the property.
